What are you most passionate about in your role at JOST&Co?
I enjoy supporting project leads to deliver impactful solutions for our clients’ workforces and the community. It’s very satisfying to feel like I’ve contributed to achieving those tangible results and positive societal impacts. I’m also loving being involved in JOST&Co’s business, including researching different AI systems and helping deliver our JOST&Conscious commitments.
What career journey have you taken to get here?
My career journey is really just beginning. While working at JOST&Co, I’m also completing my final year of my Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics. I was also lucky enough to undertake a student exchange to Taiwan and complete an 8-week intern program with Deloitte. Those experiences broadened my adaptability and communication skills, and taught me how to thrive in fast-paced, culturally diverse environments.
What’s the best bit of career advice you’ve received?
At the start of your career, it’s much more important to chase opportunities and learning than compensation.
What do you love to do when you’re not at work?
I enjoy playing tennis competitively, coaching tennis and running. I also enjoy going out with my friends and girlfriend, or staying in to watch movies.
What’s something few people know about you?
I speak fluent Mandarin thanks to my Mum. It’s what we spoke at home when I was growing up.
